Is this the best way to defend the brand?
I am 100% not likely to convene a meeting on Monday morning with my Marketing team and tell them to publicly attempt to shame anyone with a negative comment about our products.
To imply that this was a public shaming someone is a bit of an overstatement. It was made in jest, just as the original tweet was.
