That's SIX veterans with NHL contracts likely to play on the Marlies (seven if you count Greening, who has an AHL deal).

We do have contract space this year, but something has to give, no?

If he's just a Marlies player, that's still a win,
But it just seems like he's a hairline of quality guidance from being a quality NHL player.
Like ... i've never got the feeling that skill was the issue here.
It doesn't always work out, but what if it does in this case? :p
(He's 23, but at low dollars, 25 or 26 is a lot different than 23 for this kind of flyer)
