Hmm #2 on that list looks OK?!?!

But IMO not really... Maybe Moore cause he'd be cheap, but the leafs screwed him already, all others are past prime and won't be worth what they earn.

With Statsny you're getting as close to a 1C as you can get on the free agent market, doubt they will (or even could) land him

Assuming Stastny is off the table, given that list I think I'd ask for Goc or someone similar to slot in to the 3rd line.

Richards is a possibility but only very short term, IMO.

Sounds like the Leafs aren't going to be doing much trading, if any.

I would love to move to 5 to get Dal Colle.

I feel more comfortable trading with the Islanders than I would with Calgary.
