Pickard actually made some huge saves when we needed him, something that has been few and far between with Campbell and Skinner. He absolutely needs to start the next game.

Safe bet to ride Pikard moving forward and see where it takes them. Campbell is obviously done and Skinner isn't too much further behind.

Pickard made a save in the 3rd that neither Campell nor Skinner have made this year.

It's a shame, because Pickard will only put up a .880, but he's still better than the goalies that Holland chose.

the only reason we were good last year is cause Mcdavid and draisaitl were scoring at record breaking rates

This year that well has dried up, and now our “good on paper” team is being exposed for what it is.
