Well i think the top 3 lines look pretty solid, i was thinking EP-Horvat-Lindholm as the top line

For Playoffs we can play 1 game in Van and 1 in Calgary, 2 in the Oppositions, come back to Van, then Opp, then Calgary. We'd need to be able to combine our cap to make enough space though haha. I think those lines look incredible but everyone would need to take pay cuts

And your argument is flawed. Why would a team trade their best overall player for another team's best overall player, when one team's best player is the much better player with way higher value?

So if Edmonton wants Dylan Larkin, best player on Detroit, they'd have to give up Connor Mcdavid?

That's a very poor argument in my opinion.

And that's a pretty extreme example no??

The gap between Tkachuk and EP is considerably less that Larkin and McDavid.

I'll put the question back to you. We are giving up our best player, and future captain, for what, pieces that you can live without?

We are not even remotely good trade partners......not even sure why this offer was brought up other than to have both sides bicker.

But I'm convinced that 70% of these threads are made just for that reason.

Oh I 100% agree that we aren’t good trade partners and this thread isn’t going anywhere. I guess I’m more of a Monahan fan than some people too haha
