I think the most interesting discussion in the off season will be next year's potential OA's. I think we may see a move heading into the season to shore up the back end with an OA D man or 2
This is how we got into trouble this year with Timms

Next year should be different though. The only question mark (I use that loosely because I think he's played his last game) is Boqvist. Everyone else will be back with no other potential NHL roster candidates.

Still think they would be well advised to pony up Evangelista for Owen Power unless they have him on a major strength program this summer.

Up 3-1 in game 7.......

Guelph turned it up. London had no answer.

No excuses, no shame. Good on the Storm.

Kudos.

Yup. Won't take away anything from the Storm. Still proud of the team.

At the end of the day it's just a hockey game.

Hope everyone has a good summer

Exactly. And while the fans might be frustrated - the player are even more. The players are young, did their best.

I'm proud of them this season - as I always am with this team. The players will spend a more frustrated summer than the fans will. We'll be back in the fall cheering for the team - and the players probably understand this (we have good owners/coaches who, imo, deal in reality).

What will be will be...Knights fans know this. And the players should understand this as well.

Hahahahahahahaha best defenceman is Bouchard, omg that’s classic. Amazing what a bunch of points does for your stock eh. Kid has more giveaways than a charity, and has the tenacity of a kitten in a dog kennel. I think it’s hilarious that Edmonton think they drafted a defenceman. The only way Bouchard has success in the show is if they convert him to wing and introduce him to his own goalie.

2019/2020 Lineup:
Forwards: (10)
Stuart Rolofs 16
Sean McGurn 17
Luke Evangelista 17
Antonio Stranges 17
Sahil Panwar 17
Connor McMichael 18
Matvei Guskov 18
Billy Moskal 19
Liam Foudy 19
Nathan Dunkley 19
Defence: (5)
Logan Mailloux 16
Ben Roger 17
Gerard Keane 17
Liam Whittaker 17
Alec Regula 19
Goalies: (2)
Jordan Kooy 19

Not sure Foudy is back. Fast, skilled & cheap player option for Columbus.
Looking at the list above, (didn't include OA's) could be a very very young team.
Unless US guys show up & an Euro.

Is Power even interested in playing in the OHL

It is at the Bud. You have to enter through Gate 4 and usually rosters are printed and you can pick up Saturday. Schedule is on Knights website. Bring your own coffee and water as nothing is open that day.
Saturday doors open at 9.45 am. Scrimmage 10.20 -11.10 Team Green vs Team Gold, 11.40 - 12.30 Team Green vs Team Gold
Sunday doors open at 9.00 am . Scrimmage 9.30-10.20 Team Green vs Team Gold, 10.30-11.20 Team Green vs Team Gold

Looking at that roster, I'd say our window was this year.....and we blew it! :(

I certainly agree it was a missed opportunity.

But we're still sitting on quite a few picks.

Up front, we should be strong with Foudy/McMichael/Dunkley/Stranges/Guskov. A lot of these guys could show big improvements next year, especially Guskov who I liked in the playoffs. Plus Gruden is probably coming too, and Panwar/Evangelista could contribute.

The blue line next year doesn't inspire much confidence outside of Regula, but hopefully we can make 2 trades for top 4 defenceman (Guelph this year added Gordeev and Durzi) and also use an import pick to get another one. Plus you never know with Vlasic.
