Obviously Morrisey is a stud, but isn't the Jets D pretty deep despite being rather mediocre? In Stanley's case there's no shame in being stuck behind Pionk, Schmidt, Dillon, Demelo, even if individually each one is basically a #4 at best
I dunno, Pionk is a bit of a tire fire many nights. Stanley's been battling Dylan Samberg for #6 and Samberg is more effective at most things. So Stan is on the outside looking in. He's got a good shot though.

Would love to get rid of him and open up a place for Samberg to play every night.

Stanley is a 6/7 guy that is huge but not really good defensively and not really good offensively. Hopefully a GM just see's 6'7 though and gets a hard-on.

Any young-ish middle-6 winger with similar number of years of team control should get it done. Preferably a RW.

I don't think he's worth that. Replacement level player at best. 4th Rd pick or something.

With that said wouldn't at all be surprised if Sutter gets in Treliving's ear about him. Does seem to be the tall 1st round bust defenseman whisperer.
