Getting and staying healthy ,along with picking up the pace is what he needs to do...Get it done Logan
Brad Smith was saying he looked good on the PP, but had trouble keeping up 5v5. Hence the pace comment. Still needs games to get up to speed.

With all the time stuck at home due to lockdowns along with the compressed season, my perception of how much time has passed this season is really warped...sorry if that is too long for you.
Ask the Sens development staff about Drake, Norris and Brown this off season. They would meet most prospects weekly (virtually). Norris and Drake were completely committed to the Sens off-season program. Brown was fully committed to the Jeff Brown program. This is not to say that Brown didn’t work hard, I’m sure he did but it’s on his own program. Fitness has been an issue with Brown and some of that is due to his being such a big man. All this to say, earning your chance means more than just having some good runs in the NHL. Mann having some good things to say about Brown this week seems positive since he telegraphs what is likely to happen with call ups.The thing is Brown has done all these things but he's not being given an opportunity like those guys. Pretty simple. Batherson is the perfect example. He came up, struggled to produce but they didn't just bury him, they let him play through it and it helped him tremendously having that consistency to get used to the speed of the NHL and now be a very productive player.
Same thing happened with Norris. Norris had a pretty rough stretch after a hot start here this year. He's starting to look better, and getting more engaged.
Just do the same thing with Brown as you did with these two.
sorry if that is too long for you.
He'll be up after the road trip, whether he will get a game or not is another matter but we won't see any movenent on the subject till we play Toronto on the 14th#FreeLogan
So...how was his game last night?
Is he showing some progress?
I just don't spend too much time looking backwards ....
He did get it done in the AHL. Have a look at his stats. If the kid can't get it done in the AHL he has no business in the NHL IMO. I don't get posters demanding he gets an NHL shot simply because he was a 1st rounder 5 years ago. It sends the wrong message.
