Really didn't anticipate Tkachuk looking better without Stone but it doesn't surprise me. During development camp and the rookie tournament you could really see how good he was at driving the play. He reminded me alot of Stone in the way he was able to gain the zone and go to open ice with the puck. Playing along side of Stone he kind of took a back seat when it came to holding the puck but without him he is really starting to show off his ability.
