Connor Brown is actually the main problem on that line. He should have been on the 4th line in camp but the coach loves him.

Brown has sucked ass for majority of the games BUT tonight he has been solid IMO

The Leafs looked very tired to me in the last five-six minutes of that period. Just gassed. It didn't help any, that they weren't doing a very good job at defensive zone exits, or just getting the puck out of the zone. Being hemmed in constantly was killing them.

An old problem is rearing its ugly head...Many times the forwards had the puck in their own zone and try a cute play or make a feeble attempt at getting it out...I wonder if they do the stretch pass thing as often as they do for this reason.

Nothing I’ve seen changes my opinion if you’re actually watching fairly. He’s been okay, I’ll take it.

He’s playing well. Not an all star performance but more than capable for what you’d expect from a backup.
