To be honest, I don't think Rychel knows what type of NHL game to play.
Should he be physical, should he be a pest, should he be a tough guy, defense/offense?
He just needs to play the same way he did in the AHL.
Don't worry about scoring but be someone Babcock can trust. That's the key, be a guy he can count on everyday.

He's got the tools to be an effective grinder/PF for us, he just needs some time to figure it out. Size is never a bad thing to have.
