Any idea if he will attend rookie camp or the main camp?

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't. Training camp for Liiga teams kicks off in about 2 weeks from now, and the regular season around September 10th or so.

If the Sens have already committed to having him play for Ilves they may just leave him over there to get on with it.
