Those are just getting a bit unrealistic.

I'll let Komisarek's rights go for a 3rd

but I can't let the Selanne trade go through...i have to pull a veto on that..sorry.

So already we have seen two people completely go against realism.

First, trading for a player ( in this case Hossa) only so you can look to trade him again is absolutely stupid and unrealistic. Show me one instance in the real NHL where such an instance occurred (excluding 3 way deals).

Secondly, trading of a player who would never be traded by his team (in this case Selanne) is completely unrealistic as well. Selanne has made it clear he will retire a Duck. The Ducks made it clear he will retire a Duck.

Stay away from ridiculously unrealistic moves. I understand this is suppose to be fun and being a "mock" offseason creates an inerent sense of unrealistic events, but at the same time don't completely compromise the game with stupidity.

You guys are teh suck.

Thronton still available. Looking for another franchise player in return. Doesn't have to be on a long term deal.

Also, Cheechoo is packing his bags, he won't be a Shark by the end of this tragic draft.

Sometimes you need to let the kids play. :snide:

Look at the Thrashers above! This kid wants to trade almost the entire team. Check out what a big overhaul did for the Lightning this season.

There's a difference tho. Thrashers are rebuilding..
My prospect pool is getting pretty impressive.

Pretty solid team...

but Hossa and Cheechoo are RW

Backes and Bourque are LW....switch them to their right positions and you'll even be stronger ;)

I will confirm

Good trade for both teams. I actually think Calgary wins this trade, but is fairly even.
