Just a comment...I have come to the conclusion that when teams like the Seattle Kraken come into the NHL they should've been allowed to draft players 2 years prior to help with the transition of vets and injuries down the Road...I'm thinking Burakovsky here...They could have drafted say from the 4th round onwards with bonus picks in each round and then start with the 3rd with bonus picks in subsequent roundsthe next year and then draft in the 1st round onwards when they Enter the NHL obviously...its not a lot to ask for 650 Million! They probably won't find a Star in the 3rd-4th-7th rounds but may find good depth players
