That was the plan all along. They did the same thing last year when they ate the Kendricks, Thielen, and Cook money. Next year they should have a ton of money available, even after accounting for the JJ extension.

Yup Vikings still have 24 mil in cap space and projected for over 100 mil space next year. I don’t really trust Kwesi to make the rights moves with it but we shall see.
