sure he was inconsistent, but he ate up tough minutes and was good at puck transition. more often helped the team than not.

He had his "casual kev" moments but I don't really know how anyone could feel anything but absolute love for the guy. He bled blue and green.

I think he became more frustrating to watch after 2012 when he lost a step and still tried to have a two-way game instead of adjusting to a more of a stay-at-home role. Was actually fairly good in his early prime years...particuarly when it came to forming a shutdown unit with Mitchell and then Hamhuis.
