And it's like the people looking to pile on don't follow up on those stories because there's really no information regarding the 500k thing beyond it being dropped for undisclosed reasons. When you have some information that shows actual results to this history that is relevant to the situation, I'll be glad to hear it.
I don't think it was a bank requirement but typically having the team involved lowers the interest rate. Maybe it was required for this instance, I'm not sure but I don't think it was and there are reasons to do it.
And as far as I know, there aren't cap implications to this. This is likely more common than we think.
Lets not act like Kane is some saint. Even if you want to disregard the 500K debt, there is still more than handful of other issues that involve him.
& FWIW, it is like 99% positive he settled out of court with the casino. They dont go to court unless they know they will win and they dont drop anything unless they are getting compensated. When his massive debt first came to light, I believe some LV residents on here said that as well.
