Considering the game and how much dangerous attempt to injure stuff went uncalled at all, it should be 1.

I thought he learned his lesson after that 3 game suspension, but seems like he hasn't. Disappointing. Hurt the team's chance to get back into the game, and might hurt the team next game by sitting up at the press box.
