It’s been dropping almost every year. Used to be about 17/game. This past season was about 10/game, the lowest probably in his career.

He played 20 ish games on LW with McDavid and his production was no different at LW/C.

Okay, you admitted he played on McDavid’s wing for at least a quarter of the year. So I don’t have to defend that. He wouldn’t be the “center” on a McDavid-Draisaitl-RNH power play line, that would be 29.

Not reaching. He was pretty consistent for 4 seasons and then a dramatic spike? You’re Kucherov example is horrible because his numbers have only gone up each season. He was never consistently in a range and then had his points double on the power play. And yes, that team is loaded so that certainly helps. He wouldn’t be a 128 point player on a lot of other teams.

You will also ignore that 52% of the Oilers total offence this season came from 3 players in McDavid, Draisaitl, and RNH. So you use it against RNH or Draisaitl if they score a point with McDavid factoring in on it, but you won't bring up the lack of scoring with the rest of the roster.

RNH played at least 60 games this season on a line without McDavid 5 on 5.
