Agreed. As much as I love Daccord, my guess is there are plenty of goalie prospects around his calibre that will be exposed. I doubt he is on Seattle’s radar after getting injured. Gus has the draft pedigree and the recent performance to possibly get taken.

Daccord also has a guaranteed one way which Seattle might not want. Gus as you say has the pedigree and no NHL commitments.
