Or he did something stupid to get the UBI earlier, or they have been disappointed with his progress. Lots of reasons.

What a weird saga with Dano.

Why was he even at camp? Less than a month ago it was announced he required surgery & was out indefinitely.

If you go back just a few posts in this thread he's injured and not playing. He wasn't in camp to begin with.

They have to place him on waivers in order to assign him to the Moose, so best do it now. If they do it mid-season it's more likely someone might claim him.

They had to waive him to assign him to Europe for the year. My guess is that at this point with the injury they just dont bother even bringing him to NA this year.
