Some forward, take a #2 or #5. Be original.
I grew up with 2-6 pretty much only worn by Dmen. Dmen could go up to 8 but had not seen a D wear 9 until Ian white did so in SJ. And now provorov wears 9.Seeing Coyle wearing 3 always just seemed weird as hell. It's not an overly common number to begin with anyway and seeing it on a forward just made it that much more different.
Same here. I see guys like Anthony Cirelli stick with 71 when he's all but always worn 22 and I just ask myself why anyone would do thatI grew up with 2-6 pretty much only worn by Dmen. Dmen could go up to 8 but had not seen a D wear 9 until Ian white did so in SJ. And now provorov wears 9.
Only thing for me about numbers is that I’d rather see players take one that means something to them rather than just stick with their training camp number.
Will this piss Jack off?
He wore 88 in Sweden and he wasn't able to wear the number in the NHL because of Lamoriello, or if you hate the Leafs he's hoping to counteract Pastrnak's superpowers against the Leafs by changing to the same number

Alex Kerfoot #15No; there’s quite a bit missing.
Petan wears 19 so he would have to switch.I’m assuming Spezza will take 19 as well.
