I'm honestly convinced between Smith reversing it and some of you blaming him for the goal and when Zacha did it against Philly that a lot of you do not know what you're talking about. HISCHIER should've know where to go there. That's not on Smith. If Hischier showed ANY hustle he would've at least tied Meier to that puck.

I'm really tired of the McLeod erection. The guy has all 10 of his goals in a 50 game span in the middle of his 103 or 105 NHL games. Whatever he's at now. 38 games into his NHL career with ZERO goals, now currently on a 22 game goal drought I think it is. It's enough games to certainly write him off as a bust, that's for sure.

Honestly the truth probably lies somewhere in the middle on this one. Smith definitely deserves blame but so does Hischier...and pretty much everyone.

If Smith didn't suck so bad this year, we probably wouldn't see as much Subban on the power play or elsewhere.

Maybe we still would though, this staff seems to give him the leash of a player we just signed a year or two ago to a 6 year deal.

smith doesnt belong with the NHL club right now. he really doesnt. he just cant do anything right. he is super slow, his brain is mush, he isnt battling. just absolute trash.
