I am not sure if NYC would provide Islanders 4-500M to get out Barclays to set up shop elsewhere, perhaps a rink next to Citi Field, within the next decade. I just can't see the Coliseum ever being a viable option with reduced seating
The 16,234 + still fits. They could probably fit more if they wanted to squeeze them in. They didn't shrink the place. (I'd prefer they didn't)

Who are these so-called multiple sources in another NHL teams newspaper that has supposedly seen the Islanders lease?

I think it's reasonable to write Wang, Ledecky, Malkin, Ratner, Prokhorov and their attorney's all read every part of the lease agreement before signing it, and whoever replaces them will do the same over the next 25 years, it was not made with a local government so no one is entitled to see it.
