I really think its great for the players to see how Alfie is treated by the City and the Fans and moments like yesterday will hopefully motivate some of them to want that bond with the city.

This is a really good point. And I think Ryan is an intelligent dude, and sees it and wants to be the next adored player here. I believe he can and will be. There've already been some BOBBY BOBBY chants in his short time here.
