Yup. The core guys have been through a lot on and off the ice. It’s time to back up the hype.

They look ready to go. The young guys have grown a bit in their on ice maturity and are poised to dominate! Really excited or all 82 and hopefully more this year!

I think the pieces are in place for us to challenge for the President's Trophy. On paper, it's a very very good team. If we're not a 100+ point team, something went wrong.

No, not any different at all. They look like the same team to me, just with some different names added to the mix. I do like Barrie over Gardiner any day of the week though.

Feels like a 97 to 103 point season team to me, with a 2nd round potential.

I think that after the fiascos this year....they are pissed and will try to stuff it down our throats.

This looks like the most complete team we've had. No major holes and we still have Hyman and Dermott coming.

They look like they're ready to be a force not just an up and coming squad.

Something about the team looks smoother this year (very small sample size though).

Might be that we have a balanced LHD/RHD distribution or the new faces really just fit in that good, but I got a real good feeling we're going deep this year.

Ceci and Barrie are barn fires defensively. I was expecting Barrie to be better at breaking the puck out of the D zone and moving it into the O zone. And Ceci is as bad as advertised.

This team is going to look a little more human when our scoring takes temporary lapses.

I get a different vibe from these guys this year they seem all business and ready to work.

Yep, because they are all paid and the core is set. No more ELCs, no more questions or distractions. This is a focused team now, and will be for several years.
