I should really get the 50Mb/s package from Shaw again. Unfortunately the speed has a tendency to fluctuate, and fluctuate often because Shaw has only one node in my neighbourhood.

Used to hate Comcast. Not because their net was crap, it just used to always go out for no reason and I've had problems galore over the years. However, at the end of the day, having internet faster than 90% of the country is quite nice.

Silly Bell, they called today trying to push their Fibe 25 plan on me

25 megs down
7 megs up

But of course i'd lose my unlimited plan that i still have because i've been with them since 1998 and never made any changes

They offered me a combined 220gb per month which is still way less than i consume just in downloads per month and they could obviously see how much i consume each month which is roughly 300gb
