"I love my hometown AHL team but hate their NHL affiliate" - anyone?

I'm in Winnipeg. I was a big Moose fan from back when they were independent in the IHL. Absolutely hated the Canucks, but I gradually became more attached to them as more and more Moose players made it to the big leagues.

Binghamton Senators fan but could honestly care less about Ottawa, as I'm a lifelong Habs fan. The extent of my "rooting" for Ottawa is just hoping certain guys do well once they're called up.

ECHL Gwinnett is affiliated with Phoenix but my NHL team is the Predators.
