There are lot of people turned on Andersen and couldn't wait for him to leave

Wait until you see what you have in store. Neither of these goalies are number 1

This is like Bernier and Reimer all over again

We don't have a number goalie

i don't have much faith in either but i voted Mrazek since the team can't afford to give Campbell a raise if he's the num 1

Campbell will be (rightly) considered the number 1 but with some load management right from the start of the season. He will probably edge out total starts by the end of the season unless performance (or injuries) is a factor.
Seems to be the leafsboards also see it that way sire. I was thinking bout the same and it certainly is looking that way. We have our goaltending situation real solid right now sire.

Campbell's job to lose imo. Mrazek will play lots though, despite peoples reservations I think he will be solid for us

I see it as being a pretty even platoon with Mrazek eventually becoming the #1 if they make the Playoffs.

I think it's going to be a full out platoon situation. 50-50 until someone emerges as the obvious choice then they roll with him. I like both goaltenders so it's not a bad problem to have.

Seems logical. Impossible to predict who (if anyone) emerges as the #1 but I like both goalies as well. I really hope they extend Campbell.

I love not having to rely on one guy for wins. Looking forward to a true tandem this year. I'm rooting for Campbell to pull ahead and be the 1A for us.

Bernier and Reimer never had a sub .900 sv% like Andersen did this year.

5 seasons as a Leaf, 4 out of 5 make the top 11 on this list and the Andersen hater bolds the one season where he was bad.:laugh:

Sure, you hate Andersen and love taking shots at him even though he's the best goalie we've had over the last 20 years.

a solid workhorse goalie that was vastly overrated by this fanbase as vezina caliber because they couldn't admit the leafs had good dmen, who has fallen off badly and steadily, going on 3 calendar years now.

me, the "hater", was right about Andersen then, and now. you, the "objective" one, vastly overrated him then, and now.

Our D wasn't that great when Andersen was killing it in his first years here.

I never said Andersen was Vezina valiber and I always rated him accurately because I never liked or disliked him, I just watched him play and took the results as they came.
