If Tim Peel and Chris Lee were officiating the same game, Peel would be the better ref.

It is, however, just not fair that the single worst ref in the league - Dan O'Rourke - gets a pass because his partner was so demonstrablty terrible. O'Rourke has singlehandedly decided many games including in these playoffs (Tampa - Florida game 1). They are both unbelievably terrible referees.
