Also Montreal Canadiens are looking for a proven top 2 line winger. We can afford a winger up to 6mil$. Matt D'Agostini, Bryan Allen and Alexander Steen are names that could be involve. I'm very high on D'Agostini but need a more proven winger to play with Carter.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have signed defenseman Johnny Oduya for 3 years $7.5M. He will earn $2.5M per year. He is the final piece to our young defensive unit and will play on the second pairing with Dan Hamhuis. Bolts are not done yet.

Atlanta--A stunning move by the young intern GM, as he has signed 38 year old free-agent, Jaromir Jagr to a 2 year contract, worth $15 million. Jagr put up 72 points for the Rangers last time he was in the NHL, and then put up 15 points in 10 playoff games. Jagr will be re-united with friend, and former teammate, Brandon Dubinsky. Jagr will also be re-united with Tom Renney, one of Jagr's best friends off the ice, as Renney was hired as a scout for the Thrashers. Jagr has been given a NMC, and will be given the "A".
"I am very happy to be back in the NHL. I was excited to go over to the Omsk hockey club, but tragedies have kept me from enjoying my time. I respect all what Avangard has done, but I needed to come back home to North America. My first choice would've been New York, or Pittsburgh, but it seemed I didn't get any interest from them, so the one team who pressed hard for me got me. I am excited to help Atlanta become a respectable playoff team." Said the $15 million man.
"We sent Jaromir an offer right away, and were happy to get a response back. Jagr is the greatest european player to ever play in the NHL, and we're happy to have him in our hockey club. He will be a great addition, and we hope he can turn our franchise around like he did with New York. We believe we have one of the strongest, and best rosters in the league with a top six of, Jagr, Vanek, McDonald, Little, Neal, and Dubinsky. We are very young, but we are also very good. Cammalleri is also leaning strongly towards a team.

Both are close to signing.

Hossa has'nt gotten much interest suprisingly. Could sign tonight still, same for Franzen.

Gaborik is off the market, signed a huge deal!
