Popularity counts at the voting booth.

If I had a vote for the Conn Smythe trophy in 1992, it would have been for him.

I was thinking of adding an International HHOF Monitor, which would combine HHOF Monitor with International Success.
Here are the things I Added as well as some scores from HHOF Triple Gold Club Members:

Formula Index
International Event -- 1G -- 2S -- 3B -- MVP
Olympic Games -- 50 -- 25 -- 10 -- 10
World Championships -- 30 -- 15 -- 5 -- 10
Summit Series '72 -- 40 -- 30 -- 0 -- 0
World Cup/Canada Cup -- 20 -- 10 -- 0 -- 5
World Junior Championships -- 15 -- 8 -- 4 -- 5 (U20)

Triple Gold Club Members in the Hall of Fame

Class -- Player Name -- Pos. -- HHOF Monitor -- Int. HHOF Monitor
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2001 -- Fetisov Viacheslav -- D -- 335.25 -- 765.25
2008 -- Larionov Igor -- C -- 598.5 -- 888.5
2012 -- Sakic Joe -- C -- 2342.5 -- 2492.5
2013 -- Niedermayer Scott -- D -- 1565.1 -- 1740.1
2013 -- Shanahan Brendan -- LW -- 1224 -- 1334

I just realized that pnep changed how the HHOF monitor works a couple weeks ago.

Apparently, now Calder Runner Up doesn't account for any points in the formula. (they used to account for 30 points)

I'm Interested pnep, why did you decide to change up the formula?

Yeah. I like this.

The current formula seemed a little too punishing for defensemen imo. Sometimes, there are defensemen who you could treat like Forwards and they would end up with a higher Monitor.

For example:
Alex Pietrangelo, a 3 time All Star Team member and 2 Time Stanley Cup Champion, has a score of 677.10, which is a little low considering his resume.
If you were to treat him like a forward, he would be at around 719.5.
With this formula, Pietrangelo would be at a Score of 743.875, which seems more accurate, and I think solves this issue.

Now that Tom Barasso is in the Hall of Fame, I can now mostly assume that any player above a HHOF Monitor of 1200 is a shoe in for the Hall.

The only Exception to this would be Markus Naslund, who has a Monitor of 1274.

However, Both Corey Perry and Jamie Benn would be above 1200 and they're borderline cases, so we'll have to see. (Benn's career specifically screams Markus Naslund)
