So I finally bought toothpaste without fluoride and all the other poison crap... (only to have other new poison crap I can't pronounce on the label)
and it was mostly just to move away from fluoride and I went with activated charcoal with minty hemp seed oil...

1 - It was worth it just to brush my teeth and show my kid my teeth mid brushing and having black teeth and freaking her out hahah....
2 - shit man... I can honestly say I've never had my mouth feel so fresh after a brush.... very weird...

Will monitor over the days / weeks to see if there is any noticeable diff...

Pretty sure the charcoal removes enamel over time

It may well.... I only brush at night with toothpaste and I mean the slightest bit of a dab of toothpaste.

Every time I brush after I eat (2-3 times a day) I just use a plain old toothbrush, sans toothpaste.

Fluroide is friggin toxic dood. I've never had a cavity in my life and I've been brushing this way for years (minimum tooth paste)

add **
When I was in the military a few years ago, (in my 30's) they were always amazed that I've never had a cavity in my life... said they've never met anyone... I said, equally amazed.... are you serious!??! It's RARE to NOT have cavities!?

jeezz man...

That poor stranger. He thought he was getting some ADHD meds and instead got your prescription for Viagra.

I know it seems like a weird recommendation but Brick is one of my favorite noir/thrillers and it's... like if high school kids in California in like 2008 were in The Big Sleep. Super underrated if you like thriller detective stuff.

Also the new Nic Cage movie Pig about him trying to track down (I am not shitting you) his stolen pig in the Portland, OR underworld is pretty amazing.

Gunpowder Milkshake was an interesting movie. Almost a female John Wick. I like Karen Gillian, if anyone needs a movie idea out of boredom.

Also the clone wars is pretty good HoG. Just finishing reason 2. Thanks for that recommend.

Gunpowder Milkshake was also pretty good, but it reminds me a lot of classic Jackie Chan / Golden Harvest stuff (which is a great thing in my book, Police Story is an all-time classic).

It felt like a really bad woke wanna be version of John Wick. There was a better way to make this movie and that universe but they decided to do cheesy fight scenes that weren't even good for a cw show, the cast was fantastic and so poorly wasted - for me anyway.

Brick is fantastic and Pig is supposed to be very good.

I recently read why Nic doesn't like Hollywood big movies and does Indies. It's a good read and makes him less weird.

Essentially they wanted him to be a robot and have less depth and he was tired of it and wanted to really dig into characters and have more room to interpret characters in his own way.

It definitely could of been way better. Storyline wasn’t bad and the cast was excellent. It was like they tried to make the fights girly so women would watch it.

Any Canadians on here done the "mixed dose" thing for Moderna/Pfizer? I'm scheduled for my 2nd dose but all that's available is Pfizer. Ontario says it's safe to mix the two doses, but other countries don't seem to recognize it as being fully vaccinated.
