Well **** that.......been putting off taking Dier for awhile, thinking I could snag him later. Crucial for a bench cause he can play in a back 2, back 3, right back and dm.

I took Dier last year and everyone hated the pick. And Dier was worse this season. I guess just means more Tottenham fans in the draft.

He was definitely more consistent last year, as he played pretty much all 38 games as a cdm and did well. At this point I wanted him cause of his versatility and the fact I have Jan and Toby and wanted the option to play a back three.

What makes Dier appealing after last season is his flexibility. No wonder he was less consistent when Poch mainly played him as a CB.
