Yes yes yes yes yes that art style has me sold. It's like part retro-futurism, part western and part art nouveau. All three of those turn me on, add Cain and Boyarsky and I'm fully torqued.

Have you played Prey? It's a brilliant game in its own right, but it's also the spiritual successor to System Shock, which is the series of games that inspired Bioshock.

The System Shock games are a bit dated now (although the second is being remade IIRC and a third game is in development), but definitely check out Prey. I wouldn't recommend reading too much about it, though, because it's definitely one of those games that's greatly enhanced by knowing as little as possible about it. Steam says I have 39 hours played, which was one complete playthrough with all of the sidequests. There's also an expansion for it that's a separate story which is structured like a roguelike and is super cool as well.
