Initial reaction is that Vegas takes one on the nose a bit while the other two teams come out pretty well off, but I get the want for depth from Vegas that team is suffering there.

Yeah I get hit hard on star power and I'm WELL aware of that, it's why there's four pages of PMs, but I needed some depth, Shaw and Virtanen give me some heavier players, Karlsson is a massive upgrade behind Petey and Athanasiou should cover for 2020 Phil Kessel. Losing Hall is the part that sucks but it got me what I needed. The pick upgrades are a big boost too. Give me a couple rounds to work this back with some strategic picks.

I agree with this, Vegas absolutely took a hit here.
But overall, it's not that bad. fun trade

I more worry for the Caps.

Not because I think they got bad value but because they had a very balanced roster already and I feel C takes quite a hit here.

IMO your depth still isn't good, but now you lost the star power that gave your team an identity. You might as well try something, just not sure your team came out ahead.

Didn't even see that.. Didn't you get killed having Kadri at 1C in the first game?

The team does look good, but yeah C depth is a concern
