It's more than just this 1 game, it's been building for a while. Colorado is most penalized team in the league and they don't play a style that should take that much penalty. Also MacKinnon gets the superstar treatment where hooking/holding calls against him don't count, since I guess the other team would be killing penalties all game if they called every one?

Also two horrible calls directly lead to goals, so it's doubly annoying.
