Yes. That's why he's a finalist. He was one of the top three vote getters. Playoffs are not part of the award. Regular season only.


IIRC voters pick the top 5 on their ballots. This one is voted on by the GM's

I know he worked extremely hard over the summer on core work, positioning of his arms/body etc...he deserves this and has been such a tremendous story since he came onto the scene. He also has been a part of 2 USA World Championship teams, where he carried the entire team on his back to a medal round...nothing but respect for Hell Boy...I doubt he wins it, but happy for the recognition he has gotten...now get ready check books, this one is going to hurt lol!!
