Maybe he would only go to Toronto...you never know.Could be a trade to Florida, Vegas, Nashville, Dallas or Seattle... other than that he isn't waiving.

You make the oddest posts... almost cyptic... they're either riddles or poetry, not sure?
Not trying to be rude in any way... just sayin'.
The Meadow Muffin WhispererDoes Dreger have a nickname? I vote for 'Whispers'.
An average isles team? How can an average team make the conference finals in back to back years?
Bolts aren’t anything special? They just won back to back cups. Geez you must be a miserable person lol
Beating Dallas and Montreal.
St Louis won a cup too and they are barely an average team.
You don't have to be that good to win the cup.
Islanders are like the 4th-5th best team in the division. Lucky that clown goalie gave them a gift or else they'd be out 1st round.
They won't make conference finals next year just like Montreal won't make finals. Very simple and obvious.

This is disingenuous at best and complete nonsense at worst. St. Louis today may be average and trending down, but that was a very good and very deep team. Had the season lasted another week they’d probably have won the division. They had a lot of new faces that took time to gel, and a coaching-change happened after a slow start…but that team started rolling and smothering teams and playing to their strengths. Mediocre teams don’t win Cups. It simply does not happen. Some just take longer to find their games than others…but the last team standing is never unworthy of their title.Beating Dallas and Montreal.

Not sure if this is sarcasm or if you actually believe the one thing Toronto needs is a high paid star player who underperforms in the playoffs.Toronto is the only plausible destination. And let's be honest, they need him.
What a shit comment. The 2019 Blues were avg but the 2018 Caps weren't? Gtfo lolBeating Dallas and Montreal.

Stamkos had his chance to come win a cup in Toronto and lost out.
Lost out? When did Toronto come close to winning one in the time frame Stamkos had his chance to win it with them?Stamkos had his chance to come win a cup in Toronto and lost out.
Sarcasm is hard to understand on the internet."Lost out" is a weird way to describe back to back Stanley Cups.
I hope you’re not a Caps fan or you’re really opening yourself up to ridicule here. They barely beat an average Islanders team and he was 2nd leading goal scorer with fewest minutes.
This is the same team that got swept by Columbus. They aren't anything special just played all crap teams to win. Next year they won't.

YikesThey were one of the worst teams in the NHL got on a hot streak, Boston choked.
St Louis back to reality now.
Just how it works.
No team is as bad/good as they look.

Imagine being so good that you could theoretically part with your PPG+ career captain and probably not miss a beat.
Damn you, Tampa.
