Nope
Hawks need a young winger of Debrincat's caliber going forward as much as we need a young top 4 dman

I guess I see your point, but suggesting Chicago trades DeBrincat at all kind of ignores their team needs.. he is on his ELC for 2 more years, and scored 28 goals this past season. Chicago is a cap team and isn't Hanifin an RFA? I can't see the 'Hawks moving him at all, at least not until 2020-21 when they know what his contract demands are.
I think the value is there, honestly. However another RW probably won't really make sense for Carolina so I guess this trade is a no go from all angles.

Other teams have definitely made better pffers...and yet, nobody is.
Not here, at least. Right age. Fills a need. Immediate returns. (Not centerpieced around a pick) I mean the value isn't right...but it's pretty-much best thus-far.
LOL
Both born in 1997 ... Same age !!!
Like I said ... I'll take Debrincat + for Hanafin
D take longer to develop in NHL than F's
Hansfin hasn't even scrathed the surface of his ceiling while Debrincat doesn't have much room to grow
I think he's an undersized F that isn't a very good skater, avg at best.Why....does Debrincat not have room to grow (aside from the short jokes).
@Mickey the mouse you think Debrincat is already peaking?

He does have a nose for the net and a good shot but it's going to be really hard to keep up his shooting % around 15%.
He's NO WHERE Kane nor will he ever be so what's his upside .... 30/30 or 60-70 pnts ?
Hanafin can put 50 - 60 pnts up from backend. Put him on Wild and give him Suters' ice time and PP time ! Or better yet let him run Hawks PP with Kane!

promise me at the end of the summer or when/if he's traded you will display the whole collection somewhere
Some Irish Woman named Hana Fin.

forgot about this. I'd imagine in reality its very unlikely.Thats unfortunate for Debrincat, since hes 5'7
Canes want to get harder to play against, adding a guy who is 165 lbs isn't helping that.
