Our injured players have a combined 52 M in cap hit
How true..............the habs have been laying it on the goalie for years, it's hard to not pick up on it where it has become the norm......Wait who played well vs the Preds? Unless Allen prefers a they/them pronoun that I’m not aware of.
The forwards don't know defense, the defense doesn't know offense....Hoffman-Suzuki-Drouin
Lehkonen-Dvorak-Evans
Perreault-Poehling-Caufield
Dauphin-Paquette-Pezzetta
Chiarot-Savard
Kulak-Clague
Romanov-Wideman
Basically an AHL line-up.
I mean we're obviously are not trying to lose, but you know.......
At the moment they would more than likely keep Suzuki out for precautionary reasons if he stubbed his little toe...put it that way.
Habs are on pace to have the second most man games lost to injury/sickness in NHL history and only have 34M in contracts available to play tomorrow.
Tampa is also missing Kucherov and Point. And I believe Hedman isn't 100%.
But Tampa is one of the few teams that can have these key players missing or not fully healthy and not miss a step in the playoffs where the cap doesn't apply.

Gallagher will pot a hat trick to impress his next coach Michou and next GM MB.
Watching Perry play against us is going to hurt. I don't care if he's lost a step. I loved that guy.
He was a massive part of the leadership as well and a mentor for CC. He was also a joy to watch on the ice.I know he’s no longer an impact player but really enjoyed what he brought last season. That’s one player that I too wished could have been held over but he’d probably not fit with Gorton’s vision had he been here now.
