Tampa is also missing Kucherov and Point. And I believe Hedman isn't 100%.

But Tampa is one of the few teams that can have these key players missing or not fully healthy and not miss a step in the playoffs where the cap doesn't apply.

I know he’s no longer an impact player but really enjoyed what he brought last season. That’s one player that I too wished could have been held over but he’d probably not fit with Gorton’s vision had he been here now.
