Scherbak may have played himself off the team.

Why was Pleks signed?

How did Peca rate the one way 1.3 million dollar contract with 20 NHL games of experience?

Just wondering

Yep, he did.

To hit the 1000th career game in the team he spent his whole career with, still serviceable as 4th C, PK guy. Mentor some kids.

No f***ing idea. Peca contract makes no sense.

I agree with your comments. Pleks May still have value. I always liked him. I wonder if he plays every game

Just think, Price only has 8 years left on his contract

It’s gunna be a long 8 years. He got term and money and bent the Habs over. At that $, less term was important. Either less years (4 or 5) at that price or 8 years and a cheaper cap hit (8.5 ish) .It’s gunna be tough to move him because we will have to eat 5 or 6 years worth of retained salary when he inevitably requests a trade in a couple years.

I have seen worse too, the 92-93 Senators :)

Seriously though Hudon had a crappy camp and I am not sure if he has a spot long term.

i understand that we have to rest players, but mixing all the lines and pairing duos didn't help. Putting Drouin at center again. Just when i thought that Julien had learn a bit, we have that awfull lineup. No way Benn can play the new system. The puck is in the glass way to often.

Massive negative value if he doesn't play like an elite #1 goalie at that price tag, nobody will want him.
