As long as no one gets hurt, I am fine with this. They’re showing leverage and not caving in. Their most prized asset in Dowd isn’t back yet and the likelihood that Lindgren gets hurt significantly in net is rather low.

Essentially, to other teams it shows that we don’t have to make a trade unless there’s enough value there for us - even though we probably know there’s multiple moves to be made.
