Who did Ronaldo piss off?
He hasn't really been dynamic off the wing for a couple of years now. He's still got the skills, but I think his continual knee problems are slowing him down.
Come on Austria!
Lol ronaldo copying Messi with that missed penalty
Please hold that tie or win Austria. I have three portuguese colleagues who I see tomorrow, who trashed me for Germany vs Poland.
He, so how bout that Ronaldo guy?
Can't say I understand the happiness for Ronaldo's misery tonight.
Ronaldo's head about to explode
That finger-wag is annoying.
For me, it's his comments after the Iceland game that are making this game satisfying.
Austria will be okay with a draw, won't they? Need to beat Iceland but not awful to draw against Portugal.
I thought ball-to-hand didn't get called.
Despite this being 0-0 this has been a great game.
Like when Mourinho said West Ham play 19th century football. He's not the first or last to make similar comments.
He's not the most likeable player (unless you're a fan), and his salty comments after the Iceland draw didn't help.
Apparently, after the match when Aron Gunnarsson asked him for his kit, he responded by saying: "Who are you?"
Maybe, in satirical manner...in terms of actual football. It has been utter trash. 2 teams playing far below their "supposed" skill level.
He's not the first or last ***** bag but why should anyone not a Madrid/Portugal fan cheer for him?
He is definitely a dick, but I do feel a bit badly for him getting stuck with such a horrible international side.
The hell was Portugal doing there, running onto the field carrying the ball and then throwing it back out?
I get not liking him. Just not the kind of player whose struggles I would revel in, like say Pepe or someone like that.
Well done Austria!
But we can cheer against it. It's not like I'm sabotaging him. Gotta have a villain somewhere. He's good enough to be one. Plus, Portugal is a team we can still make fun of, because they are really good yet never won anything (all in good humour).
I don't see Gareth Bale, or Robby Keane ever complain, to cite a few current examples
That's like saying why should anyone not an Austria fan laugh at his struggle today? You can watch a player without reveling in their struggles or successes.
Austria holds Portugal to a scoreless draw.
A draw against Portugal and Hungary is through to the next round.
A win against Austria and Iceland is through to the next round.
What a crazy group.
