I just don't know. I'm probably wrong but it seems to me that he's just not hungry. He doesn't move well. He's not outright bad but he could be more energetic.Pretty much everything at RM allows him to not be able to run as well. Not really the case here. I don't know how it is possible for him to be so slow.
