They'd be happy to have a 0-0.

They can still go through too if they beat Switzerland next week.

Yea if this stays level then all Costa Rica needs is a win against the Swiss to go on. That's not trivial to do since the Swiss are a good side, but I'd say you're better trying to chase a win on the 3rd match day against Switzerland instead of against Brazil.

Can't watch the game but I've been following the live tracker on TSN.

17 shots, 5 on goal, for Brazil
3 shots, 0 on goal for Costa Rica
Possession% 68-32 in favour of Brazil

How on earth is it scoreless? Massive fail by Neymar and co, if they don't win this.

Not necessarily, as long as they win Switzerland.

Not today they don't.

They can draw today and try to beat the Swiss.

They probably need 4 points to move on, not 3.. So they need the draw too.

Not necessarily, as long as they win Switzerland.

e: Slow. But so they can still go forward regardless of how Serbia and Brazil play.

If Serbia today and Brazil win last game vs Serbia, Costa Rica are out.

Brazilian players acting like they wouldn't be doing the same if they were trying to hold on against someone.

And a single point against Brazil would be better than 0, considering Brazil could beat Serbia and has a point from the draw against Switzerland.

Well it's not like you're missing any soccer being played.
