This game doesn't work anyway as a measurement how good or bad Team Finland will be in this tournament.

Would've been better start against real team with real competition.

It's what it is and cheers to Korea for appearing in the tournament. If this game will act as indicator of anything, it's highly probable that Korea's GF/GA ratio will be really ugly. Surreal in ugliness.

8-1

2008 6+6 in 6 games
2012 joined the team late 2+2 in 3 games
2014 4+7 in 9 games

Total 28 pts in 18 games

Only 1,5ppg in those gold medal tournies, but sure lets not let facts get in the way:popcorn:

Apart from 2008, both 2012 and 2014 they had ridiculously stacked rosters comapred to their opponents. Malkin was much better in 2014 for example. They didn't need him 2012 nor 2014.

Pesonen. Never heard of him, but I guess he's good.
Scored 78 points in 58 games (34+44) in the 2007-08 season for Kärpät, I have his jersey on the wall to this day, bought it that season. Still my only jersey I own.
I thought he was an NHL level talent at that time but things never materialized for him just like it didn't for many top scorers of Liiga.

TLDR former great of the Finnish league.

Yeah malkin scored 2+1 in 4 games in 2014 theres no shame in having a bad memory but no need to chat shit like that lmao.
