It's people like that, that brings the human society down. Purposely not paying attention and focusing on driving and endangering other human lives is not ok. Then he has the audacity to try and "get out of it" by lying? Gimme a break. This is what society has come to, and its a travesty. Why can't people just own up to their mistakes?
