Alright, here's what the new forward lines should be -

Hoglander-Miller-Boeser
Joshua-EP-Garland
PDG-Blueger-Lafferty
Kuzmenko-Aman-Mikheyev

First line is obvious.

Second line is taking a chance. Joshua/Garland have been good together with three different centers dating back to last season so why not try a guy who is struggling and see what happens?

Third line is one that I think could be a good defensive line that plays tough minutes

Fourth line keeps Mikheyev/Kuzmenko together but in a lesser role overall.

Karlsson out.

One obvious move when the bench gets shortened is Mikheyev moves up to PDG's spot.

No notes.

What would you do with the defensive pairings?

Is Friedman hurt? i know he was knocked out a week or so ago when he took a puck to the head but Juulsen has no right being in an NHL lineup. He is tragic.

I've also disliked the way Hughes and Hronek have played defensively lately. I dont know if they are over-worked or are focusing too much on offence but they are playing like Bodreau is coaching the team again instead of Tochett. Too loosey goosey and not hard enough to play against.

MY lines for tomorrow:

Hoglander- Miller- Boeser
Mikhayev- Ep40- Lafferty
Joshua- Bleuger- Garland
Kuzy- Aman- PDG

Hughes- Myers
Cole- Hronek
Zadorov- Friedman

The Wild were an absolute joke to start the season and were getting some horrific goaltending. Didn't help that they were without Jared Spurgeon.

They seem to are riding a coaching bump right now have have turned their ship around. Going to be a tough challenge here.

Nothing I feel strongly about. Wouldn't mind trying Cole/Hronek and then adjusting from there. Or if you don't want to break up the top pair, go:

Hughes/Hronek
Zadorov/Cole
Friedman/Myers

Maybe my memory is failing me, but is this the first time they've done a firefighters night?

So does the angry and motivated thing apply to us this time, and the Wild should watch out?
You would think.

Proved my point last game when a team that was 16-8-1, and had just beaten a divisional rival was clearly less motivated to play a good team that has been underachieving this season, and just given the worst team in the league their first road win.

Ii was pretty obvious who wanted the game more.

I think Hoglander should play on the Petey line. He’s been a spark plug for any line he’s been on. The Petey line needs a lot more help than the Miller line right now

Mikhayev-Miller-Boeser
Hoglander-Pettersson-Kuzemenko
Joshua-Lafferty-Garland
Aman-Blueger-PDG
