The Anaheim Duck are proud to anounce that they have signed sniper Alexander Frolov. Frolov will be payed $6 million for the next 7 years. We are ecstatic to sign Frolov who will play on the second line with former king Oscar Moller and vetran leader Teemu Selanne. Alex will play a vital role on both the power play and the penalty kill with his strength, skill and size he will fit in perfectly with our top six. With this move the Anaheim Ducks are done for the offseason.

Vrbata would make more sense on 2nd line RW spot over Armstrong

I also feel you gave up too much assets in trades and Niedermayer is not a top dman anymore

1st round fodder for West powerhouses is best I see

We actually had one more move that would have made our team better but things did'nt work out.

Offence: Very good depht with alot of young talent. Might not be ready to put alot of points yet but we hope the group grows togethere.

Defence: Pretty much our weakness. Wish I could have do a better job here but we have a good young first pairring. Our 2nd pairring has experience and hopefully they can have a good year for us.

Goalie: We hope Andrej will continue to get better. Johan is a great mentor and veteran for Andrej and the rest of the team.

I like the changes you made man. Benn-Ribeiro-Doan would be a solid line, and Upshall and Lombardi are fitting in great in Phoenix, although I would pair them with Vrbata as well, let Prucha-Hanzal-Armstrong be the 3rd with some grit and scoring touch.

Your D is upgraded, Ehrhoff will be a great addition with Michalek and Yandle in the future, and you have 3 Vets to complement them.

Not to mention the prospects, I'm not sure who you have remaining, but you acquired Schroeder which was a great move.

Thanks. I'll leave the Armstrong/Vrbata thing, since the game is over, but thanks anyways.

And on to Game 5 now (I don't remember going through them this quick last year)

---------------------------

Forwards: Brought in Tanguay to help get the puck onto Kessel's tape. Bozak is a growing center who I brought up for the second half of last season and should improve rapidly with a half season under his belt. Second line should be able to produce also as the Hagman-Grabovski-Kulemin line has shown chemistry in the past. Third line will play good two-way hockey with rookies Schenn and Stalberg getting their feet wet beside veteran Jason Blake to start the season. Fourth line will be expected to bring energy and play responsible in their own end.

Defence: A solid top-4 that will log a lot of ice but the 3rd pairing will be no slouch with a 3-man rotation of Exelby, Gunnarsson and Voynov. White, Beauchemin, Voynov and Gunnarsson will see PP time and Komisarek, Schenn, Beauchemin and Exelby can all play PK.

Goalies: With the 'Monster' having a full season under his belt and full reigns as our #1 we expect him to have a solid season and continue to improve at the NHL level. Irving will provide solid competition in his first NHL season and could really push Jonas. We expect Irving to play at least 20 games and get his feet wet in the NHL after some solid seasons in the minors.
